FAQ
How long will my nails last?
With the correct aftercare, both gel and press-on nails can last up to two weeks. This is inclusive of ladies who work on farm, have horses, and other hands-on, outdoors jobs.

It is recommended that gel nails are correctly removed and reapplied every 2-3 weeks.

Aftercare is up to you!
-
Apply cuticle oil or hand & nail cream at least twice a day
-
Avoid excessive exposure to water and heat in the first 24 hours (such as swimming pools and hot tubs)
-
Always use gloves to wash up and do cleaning
-
Do not pick at your nails - this can damage your natural nail underneath
-
"Jewels, not tools!" - treat your nails carefully
How do the press-on sizes work?
Follow the measuring guides on the ordering pages. Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the width of your natural nail at the widest part. The sizes correspond to a number on the chart. If in doubt, size up to the nearest mm.
For the length, measure from the cuticle upwards, to roughly where you would like the tips to be. Most are around 15mm, but I can go up to 25mm, and as short as 10mm.
What is the best way to remove my nails?
For gels, it is best to have them removed properly by your nail technician, to prevent any damage to the natural nail. I offer removal as part of my services.

For press-ons, it is best to soak them in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes and then gently prize off with a cuticle stick (provided). A bath is ideal for this!
How long will my nails take to arrive?
I work through orders on a first come, first served basis, and during very busy periods (such as Christmas or when on special offer) it can take me up to two weeks to get to through the list. If you require nails for a certain date, please pop a message on your order and I will do my best to accommodate this. Press-ons don't "expire" so you can order well in advance!

My aim is to start building up a stock of the Express Press-Ons so that these can be sent out on the same day.
